Monitoring Evaluation of NFE Programmes

• Planning Division takes responsible for quarterly
  monitoring and evaluation of the implementation
  result and budget spending of NFE programmes in
  each fiscal year. We evaluate 2 outputs and 1
  project.
• Output 1 NFE service recipients (learners)
• Output 2 Informal Education service recipients
  (people)
• Project for Organizing Learning Process for
  Sufficiency Economy Development

• NFE services 3 main courses of continuing
  education, literacy promotion and equivalency
  programmes.
• Informal education services educational radio
  and television, educational materials, science
  exhibitions activities, reading promotion in
  public libraries.

Monitoring Evaluation of NFE Programmes

• Monitoring and evaluation the implementation
  result based on
• 1. the contract made between Director, ONFEC
  and Permanent Secretary for Education in terms of
  effectiveness in line with bureaucratic plan,
  quality services, efficiency in working and
  supervision of the Office of the Public Sector
  Development Commission (OPDC).

• 2.Policies / strategies assigned by the
  government.
• 3. Focal points of the fiscal year.(10 projects)
• 4. Evaluation of some projects based on focal
  points of the fiscal year by each project manager
  of each division.
• 5. Supervisory unit gives the assistance in
  monitoring and evaluation NFE
• implementation that helps push NFE work more
  successfully.
