- Online bill payment uses 128-bit encryption
- Your browser must be compatible with 128-bit
encryption - You will be automatically logged off after 6
minutes of inactivity - Multi-factor Authentication helps you know that
you are on VADPFCUs website - AOL Users Use Internet Explorer or some other
browser to access Online Bill Payment (as opposed
to AOLs browser)
5Is It Expensive?
- No! Its FREE!
- Plus, you save on stamps, envelopes, check
printing costs, and time - If you pay just 15 bills per month, you will save
more than 7 per month
6What If a Payment Is Delayed?
- If you schedule your payment with a sufficient
number of days for processing, but your payment
is not posted on time, your late fee and/or
additional finance charges will be paid - Note This does not apply if you make a
scheduling error or if you do not have the funds
available on the scheduled payment date
7How Far in Advance Do I Need to Schedule Payments?
- 2 days for electronic payments
- 5 days for check payments
- The system will tell you how many days are
required to pay a payee - Expedited (same-day) payments are available to
select payees for a fee
