• Goal provide the audience with a road map
• 1 slide outlining the presentation (can be a
  graphic)
• Say one sentence about each part
• Do not say more than one sentence

PART II What is the paper about?
A good paper answers five questions

• What is the problem domain?
• What is the problem?
• What is the approach taken by the researcher?
• What have others done?
• What are the results?

PART II Tips

• You only have 20 minutes
• You cannot talk about everything in the paper
• Select only a few important points
• Prepare the audience for the second part
• Use your own language, not the papers.

• Whats wrong with the paper?
• Whats good about it?
• Is the approach reasonable?
• Are the results credible?
• Does it look good?
• What are the open issues the paper did not
  address?
