• There are three types of business ownerships
• Sole proprietorship
• Partnership
• Corporation

Advantages/Disadvantages

• A sole proprietorship is easier to start than a
  partnership or corporation
• Its easier to obtain capital if you are a
  partnership, however
• Corporations are more difficult to start

• Franchise
• Nonprofit corporation
• Cooperative
