    convulsions altered sensorium
  • Clinical diagnosis Tuberculous
    meningo-encephalitis
  • Received antibiotic four-drug anti-tuberculous
    therapy Mechanical ventilation
  • Expired after 22 days of admission
  • Complete autopsy performed

    easy fatigability, progressive breathlessness,
    palpitation loss of appetite and weight
  • Clinical examination Congestive heart failure
  • 2-D ECHO, Color Doppler, CT Multiple cystic
    lesions around the heart
  • The patient was taken to the operation theater,
    where, prior induction, she suddenly developed
    hypotension, bradycardia, and asystole
