H.R. Manager of the Year

• Estate which started on 2003 for the first time.
• Goal the reward and the frame of the best
  counterpart of the Personnel Management
• The Price award was given to Mr. Kostas
  Hatjiraptis of Kraft Jacobs Suchard who elected,
  from Mr. Odisseas Kyriakopoulos, President of the
  Greek Industry Association

3rd Yearly Summer Symposium

• On July came truth with the participation of 80
  members our customary Summer Symposium in
  Vouliagmenis Lake

H.R. Forum 2003

• With the participation of 400 counterparts of our
  pitch, came truth in Sofitel Hotel,for the second
  continues year the biggest event of our
  Association
• The event reputed too successful
• The totally budget of the event it was graceful
  sponsorship of ?ccor Group

H. R. Expo

• With the aid and the support of our Association
  came true the first Service and Professionals
  exhibition, which pertain with the pitch of Human
  Resources
• Esthetical kiosk and the presentation of all
  Board Members
• Over 1.000 Professionals visit the exhibition
• During the exhibition was given to the visitors
  the H.R. Guide 2003, as well as and a special
  printed form for our Association promotion

H. R. Training Development

• Under the shield of our Association and in
  corporation with Boussias Group, came truth on
  November 2003, the first event with issues which
  were related with the knowledge and the
  development of the Human Resources
• Participators more than 250 counterparts of our
  pitch

Research

• With the corporation of PriceWaterhouse Coopers
  came truth Research for the field work of the
  Human Resources Management in our members
• Participation of more than 100 companies and the
  results will be presented in two meetings in
  Athens and Thessalonica

Guide H.R. 2003

• With the aid and the support of the Association,
  get through the H.R. 2003 Guide of Boussias
  publications.
• The support was focused in the redaction of the
  material,the contribution and the publication of
  a special interview of the Board Members

  Regular, 19 Horary and 1 Formal Member.
• Our members list is shape up as follow

• From December 2003 our Association has its own
  place
• Our new offices are in Halandri,
• 53 Palaiologou St.
• On January 2004 became the formally openings and
  we invited all our members to come

Fixed

• Purchased the essential equipment of our new
  offices and the basic furnishings totally cost
  2.800 euro
• A lot of the wares were given to us free by
  companies
• Became a clear inventory of the fixed and
  checked by two our indoor controllers

Communication with the Members

• Instead of a compliment card we send to our
  members and our associates 650 calendars for
  2004.
• About 500 cd with the 2nd H.R. Forum
  presentations in all our members, regardless from
  their participation
• About 300 applications in professionals of our
  pitch, in order to become our members

• With S?S?? for the projection of the new Know
  How
• With ALBA for the support of the Estate Best
  Companies To Work For.
• With S?? for the frame of our Work and the
  accomplishment of common events
• With ALBA, S?? ?a? ??S? for the Estate H.R.

  of the Association Site.The cost will be
