• Issue 07-1 OM PAT 01 Monthly review of JNTC OM
  PAT T2 issues.
• Discussion The OMPAT reviewed the JNTC
  Accreditation and Certification Program
  processes Support Element FY07 Fielding Plan
  proposed/nominated Integrated Training Events
  (ITE) for FY08 and discussed the OM PAT meeting
  schedule for the remainder of CY07. Outside of
  the planned agenda, COCOM representatives
  discussed mutual training program shortfalls and
  concerns.

• Action Items
• National Guard Bureau (NGB) (Mr. Randall Krug)
  OM PAT to review NORTHCOM and NGB program paper
  outlining proposed training initiatives (Vigilant
  Guard).
• Accreditation and Certification (A/C) Schedule
  (Lt Col Izen) Force rotational reschedules may
  cause some programs reviews/timelines to move to
  the right. A revised A/C program process is in
  draft and will capitalize on previous A/C
  reviews.
• PACOM Training Program Reaccreditation (COL
  Gerald JS J7) PACOM submitted new tasks for
  reaccreditation of their training program. The
  OM PAT determined, by voting members present, not
  to approve the additional tactical tasks and
  subsequent reaccreditation of the PACOM Joint
  training program.
• Support Element (SE) Fielding Plan (Mr. Carder)
  The OM PAT was asked to consider filling three
  additional SEs at training locations. No
  candidate sites were identified by the SE
  Coordinator and Mr. Carder will coordinate a
  prioritized list of options to the OM PAT NLT 16
  March.
• OM PAT Schedule (Lt Col Izen) The OM PAT will
  continue to meet monthly with additional
  teleconferences as required. CAPT Frost (JNTC
  Director) was asked to assist in coordinating OM
  and PM PATs schedules, as well as, quarterly
  meetings with the Mitigation PAT.
• OM PAT COL Thome (OSD PR) and Mr. Carder
  (JFCOM/JNTC) Co-Chairs
