    Innerbelt for two years or more

  • Extended closures of ramps into downtown
  • Plans calls to depress, or sink them
  • Would cut off I-77, 9th, 14th, 22nd ramps
  • Plan to eliminate loops ramps to free land is
    impractical and unsafe
