Cost Allocation

• Agency needs for tagging transactions for cost
  allocation purposes will be met through the use
  of an additional ChartField
• Proposed ChartField ChartField 1
• This ChartField is ONLY available for use for
  agency cost allocation purposes
• Delivered length is 10 alphanumeric
• Values have not been determined this is part of
  the design phase, to be done at a later date
• Cost Allocation methodologies will not be
  performed in PeopleSoft when new CAS and NYFMS go
  live
• It is possible that these may be done in the
  system in the future

  Code Series
• Duplication between Object and Program will be
  eliminated
• Program ChartField will capture most information
