• I wish that all GPs, practice nurses and others
  working in travel medicine in the UK practised it
  to a high standard.

2. I wish I could go to a Travel Medicine
Conference and find sessions on this group of
travellers occupying prime time . and that some
of those interesting sessions relating to the
short term traveller could be moved to the last
day.after lunch!).
3. I wish I knew that I was making the right
decisions.
