- The application shall facilitate search based on

LAN. - The application shall facilitate annotation of
the digitised data while preserving the original
contents. - Access to the digitised data shall be provided
to only authorised users and strictly as per
rights and privileges assigned. - Appropriate provisions of Digital Rights
Management (DRM) shall be catered for to prevent
unauthorised actions like copying, downloading,
editing, etc. - The system should be able to generate reports as
