• I will build a bond with all my drivers, share my
  experience and engage with them at least
  quarterly.
• I will take vehicles, which do not comply with
  PDOs vehicle standards, out of service latest by
  end July 2006.
• I will introduce and enforce in my organisation a
  penalty and reward matrix compliant with the
  law.

Finger Injury Actions

• I will make hands fingers a permanent higher
  visibility initiative and introduce specific
  incentives and a KPI.
• I will make regular site visits and be visible at
  the workplace, using near-miss data to engage
  with the workforce.
• I (Eamon ) will champion hands fingers
  campaigns, personalising the message/corresponden
  ce, boosting stop and empowerment to stop, and
  taking responsibility for induction of new
  recruits.

Industrial Accidents Actions

• I will ensure that new employees are trained and
  receive an induction before being sent to site.
• I will commit to champion a reward programme
  driven by Zero tolerance (combined with road
  safety action).
• I will commit to a total re-launch of the STOP
  programme.
