  • Ensure that the scopes of work for the UK and
    Norwegian groups address respective areas of
    concern
  • Finalise UK and Norwegian groups meeting in early
    February
  • Complete infrastructure and prior auction
    process review and discuss with the Norwegian
    group as required
  • Document results of Phase 1 work on R8 and
    develop high level costings for the options
    identified
  • Work with the Norwegian group on the Codes of
    Practice
  • Work with the Norwegian group to obtain a sound
    understanding of the methodology for calculating
    exit tariffs from the Bubble
