• Well come on and youll see and learn new or cool
  things about the Giant Panda!

Why is it endangered?

• Well the Giant Panda is endangered because there
  are only 1,000 left in the whole world. There is
  about 80 of the pandas in China. The picture
  shows how much Giant Pandas we lost.

More reasons why theyre endangered.

• The bamboo is decreasing and people are buying
  panda fur, but they are the most loved. They only
  have 2 babies at a time so there is not that much.

The prey of the panda

• The prey are the following
• Rodents, honey, plants, fish, yams, and bamboo.
  When they eat they sit down. They eat bamboo
  about 16 hours a day. So thats 5,840 hours a
  year. They can weigh up to 250 pounds.

The predators.

• The humans are the pandas greatest enemies.
  Sometimes the leopards eat them as their prey.

How it handles its climate.

• They have a thick coat of fur so that is how they
  keep warm in the mountains.
