• This will be a short plan year from 7/1 to 12/31
• Plan URM expenses for a six month period from 7/1
  to 12/31
• Enroll and/or change any Aflac products
• You MUST see the Aflac enrollers to complete
  paperwork they will be in each building to work
  with you
• The next enrollment will begin in the fall to
  take effect on 1/1/2006
