The wire end connectors are soldered or
crimped on the wires then inserted into the
housing until it snaps and locks into place.
Slide the 2 housings together
The housings will stay together

If you dont Solder you can use special crimpers
to assemble your connectors
Be very careful how you use the crimpers
The wire end connectors are split on one side
If you crimp the wire end connectors on the wrong
side it will flare the connector and make it very
difficult and almost impossible to insert in the
plastic housing.

against this side of the crimpers.

Notice the connector split side is not deformed
and is nice, round and smooth

Completed and un-assembled components
I use heat shrink over the wires to hold them
together and also keep the housings for sliding
apart. A small roll pin can also be inserted in
the center to keep the housings from sliding
apart.
