Format Tables

• Cell contents/formatting can be driven by the
  value of a cell on any worksheet using Format
  Tables.
• Therefore, if a cell value falls within a user
  defined range, the cell can be populated with
  text, formula results, field references or a
  combination of these. The format of the cell can
  also be affected.

Rolling Periods

• Vision Executive provides an automated way of
  creating rolling SunSystems periods.
• This is achieved by, applying any period
  selection that utilises the offset option (e.g.
  PA This Period) to a multiple cell range, then
  activating the rolling periods function across
  the same range.

Field References

• Field references in Vision Executive can be used
  to output SunSystems internal references and
  Vision definable variables, directly and
  dynamically onto the Vision Worksheet.
• Examples would include Accounting Periods and
  SunSystems database/business unit details.

Custom Transaction Drill (CTD)

• What are CTD?
• Allow the user to drill from a SunSystems
  defined cell to an external program/file
• Example
• Link a scanned invoice to a Transaction Reference
  or a T-Code/Ledger Analysis Code in SunSystems

• Custom Transaction Drills can only be defined via
  Workbook Properties

• Features
• Only available from a Transactions drill
  worksheet
• Will execute a user selected external programme
• Maximum 10 drills per Vision Executive Workbook
• Example Scan Supplier invoice documents and use
  the Transaction Reference as both the scanned
  image filename and the drill selection parameter.
