• Consultation on conservation, access and
  recreational issues -
• Remains critically important to United Utilities,
  so that when making investment decisions,
  reviewing policies and developing plans, UU
  incorporates the very latest thinking and advice
  into our approach.
• We proactively engage with a wide range of
  stakeholders both formally and informally.
• Is undertaken locally at least twice a year
  within each of the four areas
• Consultation on topics with wider application are
  managed by special topic groups, such as moorland
  management
