Drag and drop the objects you want to see on your
report from the Classes and Objects window to
Result Objects window or double click on the
object.
You can also highlight the object and hit the
Enter key on your keyboard.

With the default location
the document is not saved where you can retrieve
it if you log back into BOA You need to save it
to your hard drive using Save As

Click on the File drop down menu and select
Save As

1. Select the boreport on censv005(R) drive.
2. Type a name for your document in the space
next to File name
3. Click on the Save button

4. Click on the File drop down menu and select
Save As again
5. Right click on the file you just saved to the
R drive
6. Select the Copy function from the drop down
menu

8. Select either the C on Client(V) drive
or the D on Client(D) drive if you have one.

save the document.

- To open a document in a local or shared folder
- Click the Open button in the Report Toolbar.
- You may have to path to where you save your
reports.

24Refreshing a Report
- The last time the data was refreshed is shown in
the Status Bar
Click the Refresh Data button in the Standard
Toolbar.
- When the data is refreshed, the new date is shown
in the Status Bar

The document is closed
If any changes were made you will be asked if
you want to save the changes before it closes
