  minimal changes
• Set of services
• Basic Nx64 kbit/s, possibly with CE application
  signaling in separate signaling packets
• Trunk-specific Nx64 kbit/s with CAS
• Packet-locked approach to carrying TDM structures
  across the PSN
• "Short" structures (frames) are aligned with the
  packet payload boundaries
• "Long" structures (multiframes) can be fragmented
  among several packets
• Signaling substructures may be appended to last
  fragments (to carry CAS)
