• What is it?

• Purchase all things, all events (except
  alcohol/illegals)
• Deposits 24 hours (SAO?Cashiers?SAO)

• 90,000 pot
• Unlimited proposals as funds remain
• Moderate flexibility

• ROE 7-weeks
• Event-by-event Funding Proposal form (2 weeks
  prior to COC)
• Decision Council of Clubs
• gt1 officer must attend
• Back Up (quotes, resumes, brochure, menu,
  website)
• Must submit to COC Chair or SAO w/ proposal
• 10 Club Contribution
• Vendor check vs. reimbursement
