Initiatives taken

• Training of community members, Teachers

• State Govt. is providing Rs. 0.50/Child/day for
  additional nutrition.
• Parents (mothers) involved in monitoring of the
  programme
• MDM made into learning programme utensils and
  grain bins converted into TLMs
• Fortification of MDM in Tehri District as Pilot
  basis.
• State Govt. has appointed Officers at State,
  District, Block Clusters Level to Monitor the
  scheme.
