• Key topics of interest at monthly meetings
• Strategic plan included
• Executive picture in Rotary Magazine
• Involvement with UPEI and Holland College
• October 18 2006 held first Professional
  Development day
• 2006 2007 strategy is to provide value to the
  HR community, retain existing members and seek
  out new members
• Hosting 2007 ACHRA

• 35 members, 17 CHRP designations
• First Professional Development day was held in
  October 2005
• Monthly dinner meetings are well attended
• November 3 2006 second professional development
  day to be held HR Learning Forum
• Focus for 2006 2007 is recruiting new members
  and retaining existing members

• 637 members, 271 CHRP designations
• Strategic focus for last year was professional
  development and did they deliver!
• First ever professional development brochure for
  2006 2007 year
• Strategic focus will be on engaging senior
  professions and welcoming new members
• Other objectives are currently being developed

• Looking to grow members by 10 and CHRPs by 15
  in 2007
• Focus groups held recently regarding current
  relevancy of RPCs
• Hearing more and more HR needs to have strategic
  planning, business acumen, corporate governance
  and financial competencies
• Questions being asked do we need senior or
  global designations?
• NAHRMA and WFPMA
