What is a Software Pirate?
  • Pirate v. One who makes use of or reproduces
    anothers work, esp. literary work or software,
    illicitly or without permission.
  • Pirates are of two types Those who copy
    software for personal use, and those who sell
    copied software for a monetary gain.

  • Most people, especially Americans, generally take
    a neutral role in judging piracy.
  • Traditionally, piracy is viewed in whatever light
    suits a person best.

    Senate.
