NCLB School Choice
  • Why are my children eligible for NCLB School
    Choice?
  • Children are eligible for school choice when
the Title I school they attend has not made
Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for two
consecutive years or longer as defined by the
state under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act.

14
NCLB School Choice Transfer
  • What do I do if I dont want my child to leave
the school they are in now?
  • Your child does not have to transfer to
another school. If you wish to have your child

selection on the form and return the form to your
    current school.
