Eval evaluation committee includes all tenure
members of the department (or program) or a
selected group of tenured members of the faculty
if the department/program does not have at least
3 senior members.
The FPC meets with the Provost. The FPC has 6
members and, thus, 6 votes. The Provost does not
vote. If a member of FPC is from the candidates
department/ program, the FPC member will be
excluded from the discussion and vote.
The Provost attends all FPC meetings. The
Provost reviews all candidates material at
anytime during the process. The Provost makes
individual recommendation to the President.
The President can attend any or all FPC meetings.
The President reviews all candidates material
at anytime during the process. The President
will meet with FPC/Provost if clarification is
needed.
