1. Final presentation for next APAN member
meeting Event Committee took the following
report and understood it. - 26th APAN member
meeting (2008.8.4-8) - Queenstown, New
Zealand 2. Follow-up report Event Committee
took the following reports and understood it.
- 27th APAN member Meeting - Kaohsiung, Taiwan --
2009.3.2-6 (changed) We approved a
change of a schedule to joint it with HPC Asia
meeting. - 28th APAN member Meeting - Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia -- 2009.7.20-24 It will
do a more detailed follow-up report in New
Zealand. - 29th APAN member Meeting - Sydney,
Australia -- 2010.1.25-29 It will do a
more detailed follow-up report in New Zealand.

3. Hosting future APAN member meeting -
Proposal for 30th meeting (2010.7/8) The
Vietnamese delegation NACESTI has applied for
their intention to hold the 30th meeting
in Hanoi. The proposal was accepted. 4.
about joint meeting of APAN and APRICOT Event
committee would like to suggest that APAN Chair
should assign the person in charge of APAN to
do discussion with APRICOT. It may be held in
Hong Kong at 2011. The chair assigned Mr.
Denis. Villorente/ASTI for it. 5. about our
committee chair Mr. Akira Mizushima/NARO will
retired on 30 Jan 2008. And Mr. Denis
Villorente/ASTI is elected Event Committee chair
for the next term. It was approved on
Council Meeting in Jan. 24.
