• A Responsive Reserve capacity bid tied to a
  Regulation Up capacity bid may only exceed the
  Regulation Up capacity bid by X, as approved by
  the ERCOT Board.
• A Non-Spinning Reserve capacity bid may only
  exceed Responsive Reserve capacity bid by X, as
  approved by the ERCOT Board.
