- On February 25, 2008 the Arizona State Board of
Education approved Education and Career Action
Plans for all Arizona students grades 9-12
(R7-2-302.05). - The ECAP helps students personalize their
education and enables them to maximize the
opportunities available upon high school
graduation

- Extended learning opportunities
4- The primary means by which our students develop
an ECAP is through our Career Planning System

5Education and Career Action Plans (ECAPs)
- MPS students develop ECAPs prior to graduation
- The initial plan is developed in junior high and
it is updated throughout high school
