Project for a play or a movie

• Form into groups of 3 or 4
• Participants are pigs (no offense)
• Group Plot outline and production plan
• Each participant picks one task
• Script dialogue, actions
• Casting describe the characters
• Design sets, locale, costumes, props
• Sound Music genre, sound effects
• Promotion posters, advertising copy

Project Kickoff

• Set your own Scrum meeting milestones
• Group How far along with basic idea?
• Individual What do you think you can do?
• Milestones must be externally visible
• Describe tangible evidence of achievement
• Dont get carried away!
• Only 5 minutes before the Scrum meeting

• Each group gets one Scrum meeting
• Three questions
• What did you do since last meeting?
• Do you have any obstacles?
• What will you do before next meeting?
