Project? In fact, why pursue seat belt
enforcement at all?

• Good WAs 96.3 seat belt use overall
• Bad seat belt use among fatals is low

• 2,364 MV occupant deaths
• 50 buckled
• 46 unbuckled

• Seat belt use among nighttime fatals is really
