What next GEANT connectivity

• Our donated 34 Mbps link ends in one year it is
  already becoming a bottleneck
• The internal backbone will soon require Gbps
  GEANT connection speeds
• The current GEANT Gbps fees are too high for
  budgets of West Balkan countries
• Special measures of EC are required for building
  a high speed network in SEE
