How was the project Tesla Neverending Story
born?

• Initial idea was to mark the celebration of 150
  years of birth of Nikola Tesla.
• Project should make student contribution to the
  fields of education, culture, international
  cooperation, amusement and to emphasize Teslas
  everlasting impact on mankind
• The IEEE and EESTEC
• Tesla Neverending Story
• Student Paper Contest and Conference

What do we expect from participants?

• To write an essay on theme Tesla - Neverending
  Story
• To write a paper related to the areas of
  electrical engineering
• To prepare oral presentation
• To be or to become an IEEE or EESTEC member

How to run a project?

• Meetings !
• Set out time for regular meetings - Every
  Wednesday 17-19
• Who are the attendees
• Discussion about completed tasks from previous
  week, decide agenda items for this meeting,
  assignment of tasks for next week
• E-mail correspondence is active 24/7 between
  meetings, keep everyone informed

Running the project trough the meetings comprised

• Creation of the name for the project
• Defining the Rules of the Tesla Neverending
  Story Student Paper Contest
• Choosing potential members of jury (IEEE Fellows,
  IEEE Chapter Officials, respectful professors)
• Planning the Conference schedule (Attendance at
  the official ceremony in honor of Nikola Tesla,
  visit to the Nikola Tesla museum, sightseeing of
  Belgrade, mini excursion)
• Calculating the budget of the project (fund for
  the awards, accommodation for 40 participants,
  printing of the bulletins with student papers and
  essays, promoting materials).
