  • Apply sunscreen with a 15-30 or higher SPF.

    sun so it has time to absorb. Reapply after
    going into the water.
  • Wash face 2 times daily.

  • Sleep on your back, it will help prevent
    wrinkles. If you must sleep on your side, be

  • Dont pop pimples this can create skin scarring
    and spread the infection.
  • Get adequate rest 8 to 10 hours is recommended.
