• The propose of this presentation is to
  practice quality tools to improve the Flowchart
  of Claims used in a Global Construction Mgt. Firm

• Claims may get lost (no follow ups).
• All claims must be reviewed by claims group
  before any dispute.
• No prioritization of claims, claims are processed
  on FCFS bases.
• Time money should be evaluated before
  categorizing a claim into gt or lt 5M because
  claim price submitted by contractors is only the
  construction price.
• The experience factor isnt deployed, no Lessons
  Learned.
