    and Registration of Terminal Equipment - in

Self-marking
  • Self-Marking of the Certification/ Registration
    Number on Terminal Equipment Application
    Procedure and Agreement
  • For previously certified TE, self-marking is an
    alternative to IC label
  • Self-marking mandatory
  • When DoC is used
  • For certificate holders as of January 1, 2003
  • Fee per mark same as fee per IC label (Existing
    Fee Order) applies to all products marked

    every 6 months for review.

    one-time registration fee through a new Fee Order
