Why?
  • Over half the students at PHS have witnessed
bullying in both the cafeteria and the hallway.
  • That means 1,325 students from Palatine
  • Approximately 1,775 of our students think that
others wouldnt care if they were being bullied
    or harassed?

3
  • 1,086 students from Palatine dont feel
comfortable stepping in and saying something when
    they witness bullying.
  • 900 students witness bullying in the classroom,
while only 20 staff members say they witness it
    there.

    preparing.

sent to you at your request whenever. Each
activity can take no more than 10 minutes or the
entire period. It is your choice!

Our Goal
  • At the end of the year we will be giving the

will then compare to the survey they have taken
in the past. Our goal is to have made a change
in the results and to improve the overall
atmosphere of Palatine High School to make it an
    even better place!

15
How to get involved!
  • Everyone will be involved on some level by
holding these lessons in their classrooms
    throughout the year.
  • However, if you wish to help us even more, we
meet every Thursday morning at 730.
