• Changed pump management on units.
• Fixed, Non-Fixed, Access to Dumbwaiter
• Engaged housekeeping to send pumps back to
  Central Service.
• Just in time delivery to Tower via Dumbwaiter
• Contingency Plan

• CS Decreased from 7 to 2 rounds per day
• Utilized workmans compensation employees to
  audit unused pumps in patient rooms.
• Created plan to total conversion to Alaris Pumps
  by 2009
• Transport, Anesthesia, PICU
• Used statistical formula based on usage and
  census to determine number of additional pumps
  needed.
