What is OneVu?

• A Joint Venture between Voca and CheckFree
  providing bank-centric Electronic Bill
  Presentment and Payment consolidation in the UK
• A one-stop shop for bill management
• The authenticated online bank customer can view,
  pay and manage bills online and move securely to
  billers sites
• Why now?
• APACS study shows e-Banking booming in 2005
• There are 14m personal internet bankers in UK
• Our research shows 60 of these would use EBPP
• US, Australian and Scandinavian case studies show
  EBPP works

Joint Venture Background and Plans

• Using research gained through 2003, Voca decided
  to move into the EBPP space
• CheckFree wished to expand beyond US borders, to
  offer customers a service using the i-Series
  platform
• The JV was established on 30th March 2004 and the
  OneVu brand launched in October
• Announcement moves the market no longer are
  banks waiting for billers waiting for banks..
  etc
• Business plan looks (conservatively) to have 2
  major banks and 5 billers (with UK national
  coverage) by Summer 2005
• Services will expand into more than just bills
  through 2005 and 2006
