Fill in the data for the sales order using as
many fields as you want. You may also
select/create a ship to address for this customer

continue.

Color Select the color for the shutter.

Job Name Enter the Identifying job name

Selling Price Code The Selling Price code for
the customer will be displayed. This determines
the default Selling Price Per Square Foot price.

Selling Price Per Sq Ft You can charge more but
not less than the default price.

Add Adds a new line number with all fields set
at their default values.

Enter the Width and the Height, pressing the TAB
key to move from cell to cell. The default
stacking of 50 and the rest of the cells are
filled in with their default values.

Select Angles and Tubes for build outs, or modify
starter angles

Type the note

Copy Copies all the data from the line that you
are on to a new line number.

Insert Same as Add, except you determine the
line number (opening )

Insert Then enter the raw openings

Delete Deletes the line that you are on.

Costs A pop up window appears that permits
you to enter additional items as dollar amounts
or as a percent of the total.

inventory.
