  • Enter the tax return month, day, and year for
    filing in the ltReturn Periodgt field.
  • Note
  • The ltTINgt and ltNamegt field entries are
    preloaded from the BIR database.
  • Click on the OK Button and this pop up message
    will appear

  • 3) Click on the link 1600WP_(TIN).zip that
    appears on top of the BIR Main Help menu to
    download the form. You may opt to save the file
    or open it in its current location.
  • Note
  • The link name is the form number and the
    9-digit TIN of the user separated by an
    underscore form_TIN.

  • FILLING UP THE FORM
  • In Item no. 1 ltDate of Withholding (MM/DD/YYYY)
    Fromgt field is automatically populated based on
    the return period selected at the form download
    page.
  • Item no. 2 ltAmended Return?gt field is
    automatically set to Yes if the taxpayer has a
    previously filed return for the same return
    period.
  • In Item no. 4 ltAny Taxes Withheld?gt field,
    select Yes or No.
  • Items 5, 6, and 8 to 10 are automatically
    populated by the system based on taxpayer
    records.
  • In Item No. 7 ltCategory of Withholding Agentgt
    field, select Private or Government.

  • In Part II of the tax form, supply values for
    ltTax Basegt field.
  • Note
  • If Item No. 7 ltCategory of Withholding Agentgt
    field is set to Government, supply tax base
    for either ATC WB191 or WB192.
  • If Item No. 7 ltCategory of Withholding Agentgt
    field is set to Private, supply tax base for
    either ATC WB193 or WB194.
  • If Item no. 4 ltAny Taxes Withheld?gt field is
    set to No, the taxpayer does not fill out Part
    II of the tax form.
  • Tax Base should be greater than zero (0).

  • If this is an amended return and item no. 4 ltAny
    Taxes Withheld?gt field is set to Yes, then Item
    no. 13 ltLess Tax Remitted in Return Previously
    Filed , if this is an amended returngt field will
    be automatically populated by Item 16 ltTax Still
    Due/ (Overremittance)gt of the form being amended
    but will remain an editable field.
  • If this is an amended return and item no. 4 ltAny
    Taxes Withheld?gt field is set to No, then Item
    no. 13 ltLess Tax Remitted in Return Previously
    Filed , if this is an amended returngt is disabled.

  • In Schedule 1.1 ltfor the Alphabetical Listing of
    Payeesgt, click on the ltATCgt link to select
    Alphanumeric Tax Code.
  • Note
  • If Item no. 4 ltAny Taxes Withheld?gt field is
    set to No, the taxpayer does not fill out
    Schedule 1.1 of the tax form.

ATC LOOKUP WINDOW
  • Select Alphanumeric Tax Code accompanied by the
    Description and corresponding Tax Rate by
    clicking on the row you want to select. Then,
    click the Add ATC Button
  • Note
  • Clicking on the Cancel button will close this
    window.
  • Click on the Remove ATC button to remove
    selected nature of payment.

  • Supply values for the ltTINgt, ltIndividual/Corporati
    ongt and ltAmountgt field/s.
  • Note
  • TIN entry should be a 12 digit number. The
    first 9 digits is the TIN Number. The last 3
    digits of the TIN is the Branch Code.
  • Individual/Corporation accepts a maximum of 50
    alphanumeric characters.
  • Amount should be greater than zero (0).
  • For file attachments, system checks if file to
    be attached has correct format for Alpha List
    file. Alpha List file format is available for
    download in BIR site.
  • Click on the Upload icon at the bottom of the
    form to submit. The system will prompt the user
    of erroneous entries.
