Key aims of the programme

• To develop leadership skills
• To enhance ability to think and act strategically

• To develop internal capacity of Fife to support
  future programmes

• Emotional Intelligence is critical
• You need to know and understand yourself and
  your behaviour if you are a good leader
• This will be good for CPD of everyone involved
• participants, mentors, facilitators, organisers
• It will make a real contribution to the change
  agenda in Fife
