• 1 Prehospital
• 2 acute intervention
• 3 secondary intervention
• 4 post acute rehab access

• Reports are dynamic
• Todays reports will be different than tomorrows
• As new hospitals join
• How to account for their new data
• New data may not be accurate as current
  registry hospitals
• This may impact data reports
• We are also reviewing how data is to be shared or
  used

• Findings Based on complete records
• More than 50 of the patients are reported to
  arrive within 2 hours 120 minutes However, this
  does not mean that they are candidates for tPA.
• 50 are missing data such as onset time.
• Approximately 20 of patients are reported to
  arrive more than 360 minutes after the onset of
  symptoms
• Recommendation
• Education reinforce importance early symptom
  recognition early access to the healthcare
  system
