USDA Agency Action Steps

• Based on revised Project Plans, OCIO will present
  agency heads with an inventory of agency
  Presidential Initiative responsibilities.
• eGovernment Team is preparing a matrix that will
• Map each USDA agency to the action items needed
  to fulfill PI goals (participation of agency
  personnel in planning sessions/other initiative
  activities, collection of requirements, etc.)
• Provide accountability for PIs across all
  participating USDA agencies
• Track agency progress and inform the overall SES
  Scorecard based on the ability to meet the
  specific action items
• eGovernment Team will assist Leads in providing
  monthly updates on
• Progress in meeting milestones
• USDA Agency support of the initiatives

• Submit information for OMB Quarterly Report to
  the EGOV Mailbox by COB today.
• Provide any additional USDA agency action steps,
  including due dates to the eGovernment Team by
  January 16.
• Finalize MOUs to include the standard paragraph
  we provided and Project Plans. Obtain
  concurrence of Managing Partner.
• Look for upcoming message from the eGovernment
  Team providing details on quarterly meetings with
  Scott Charbofirst round will start this month.
• Upcoming memo from Deputy Secretary to Agency
  Heads regarding eGovernment governance structure,
  including importance of PIs and eGovernment
  Working Group.
• PI Leads to serve on Agency Steering Committees
