  • If you havent reached your goals by
    mid-December, request a campaign extension
  • through your Campaign Managerthen hold more
    events!

  • Love what you are doing and it will radiate
outward and will make your campaign grow like a
    vibrant plant in rich soil
  • Take your coordinators and key workers on a tour
of a major charity and intimately get to know at
    least one worthy cause
  • Radiate enthusiasm and that enthusiasm
  • and your participation levelwill grow

    and private

  • Work with your Web and email creative teams to
  • highlight your events, especially with broadcasts
    the day of the event
  • tell when and where they are happening
  • promote why people will want to give and
  • communicate how your Bureau and Department are
    succeeding (online thermometer)
  • Remind people to give by displaying posters,
    flyers and tentcards

5. Remind people about the true meaning of the CFC
  • Invite charities to every event to share their
stories and talk to people one-on-one
  • Ask people you know who have benefited from the
    CFC to give testimonials
  • Remind employees of the choices for giving that
CFC offers themthe sheer number and diversity of
    worthy causes is great
  • Gain upper managements sincerity toward and
    endorsement of your campaign

6. Small is good
  • Hold small events in between the big ones to
raise awareness, spread good will and have some
    fun

  • tickets for jeans or dress-down days
  • These events can inspire bigger participation

interestand participationa bake sale with a
