• You teach English in a Spanish university for a

• Its not particularly easy, and can be a lonely
  pursuit
• but it can also be exciting to explore and create
  new knowledge..
• and its very fulfilling when you share it with a
  community of scholars, students and the general
  public

Points to remember

• Were open to suggestions with regard to possible
  topics for research begin by talking to any
  member of the Spanish staff
• You learn many transferable skills when doing
  research time-management, goal-setting, general
  research skills, etc.
• Its academic, but can also be quite practical
• Its tough, but its also great fun!
