  Big Bold programmatic initiatives
• How various stakeholders will contribute
• Identification of 4-6 key integrated actions for
  each market sector
• Develop a roadmap with interim milestones

  strategies and actions
• Identify what will be addressed in utility
  filings
• Identify what strategies require new/alternative
  processes and/or channels for delivery and how
  these will be convened and managed
