Trip Itinerary

• Detailed Itinerary will go home prior to trip
• Arrive at RMS gym at 545 a.m. on Wednesday, May
  7th (no later than 600!)
• Departure is 630 a.m. SHARP!
• Arrive at RMS gym at 700 p.m. on Friday, May 9th.

The Facts

• 26 teacher chaperones/289 students
• Six chartered coach busses
• One administrator
• Students are 4 to a room (their selection) no
  teachers in student rooms - rooms have two
  double beds
• Girls and Boys are on separate busses and in
  separate hotels
• Two police officers on duty all night per hotel,
  doors taped

• All medicines must be accompanied by a medicine

• Medicines should be given directly to childs
  chaperone the morning of departure

• 2 Saturday Schools/ISS
• Any discipline infraction that resulted in O.S.S.
• Commit any act that is deemed by the
  administration to have been considered egregious.
