Pro-Travel US Bank Card

• May only be used for
• Airfare
• Travel agency or online booking website fees
• Lodging and applicable taxes ONLY (no parking,
  fax, etc.)
• Car rental
• Shuttle services
• May NOT be used for
• Anything else! ?
• All expenses charged to Pro-Travel card must be
  listed in direct billed column of TER
• Must note in description area of TER what charge
  was and that it was paid by Pro-Travel card
• Original receipt plus copy of Pro-Travel
  transaction must be attached to the TER

Pro-Travel Reallocations

• When Pro-Travel cards are issued theyre issued
  to a specific department account number and class
  coded to the generic travel class code 2170
• Business manager (or delegate) of card must go
  online and reallocate charge to appropriate
  travel class code
• Online reallocation is far more time efficient
  for both the departments and Accounting Services
  than doing expenditure transfers. Were
  therefore requesting this method of reallocation
• Reallocation to another account number as well as
  class code may be done at the same time
• Business manager may delegate reallocation
  abilities to another individual by completing
  delegation form

Where theres a magnifying glass, delete numbers
to access a drop-down menu.
If no magnifying glass, changes can be made by
deleting numbers and typing correct numbers in.

When correct class code/account is selected
system returns to original screen where
reallocations have been done. To select, just
click on it!
