About Us
Al Mulla Group is one of the leading business
houses in Kuwait since 1947. Transport
Refrigeration, a part of the Engineering division
of the Al Mulla Group is engaged in production of
insulated truck and trailer bodies for the
refrigerated transport of perishable goods as
well as cargo bodies and shelters for different
purposes. The company entered into the body
building business in the year 1984 with the
assembly of European built boxes supplied in semi
knock down condition. Indigenous manufacturing
of polyurethane insulated boxes was started in
1991. The company is certified to ISO 90012000
quality management standards and uses latest
design and organization tools such as
pro/engineer SAP.

Manufacturing Facilities

• On an area of 30,000 square meters, purpose built
  manufacturing facilities was commissioned in 2006
  at Shuaiba Industrial Area, enabling an increase
  in capacity to meet the rising market
  requirements.

  of 45 Feet Reefer Semi trailer using 15 Mtr. X
  3.2 Mtr. Vacuum lamination press In Kuwait.

• Polyurethane injection machine
• Adhesive dispensing and mixing machines .
• Hydraulic panel press of dimension 7.5 x 2.8 Mtr.

• Assembly jig capable of handling boxes up to
  dimension 15 x 3.2 mtr.
• Sheet turning table
• 3 Over head cranes of capacity 5 tons each along
  with 6 jib cranes of capacity 500 kg.
• Vacuum lifts capable of handling panels up to
  length of 15 mtr.
• Design Software Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD.

Aluminium Beverage Bodies

• The body is completely built as a modular system
  of aluminium extrusion profiles.
• The body can be customized based on customer
  requirement.
• The inward inclined floor is mounted directly on
  the chassis frame, without additional cross
  members, minimizing the loading height .
• The loading bays are closed by individual shutter
  doors, which ensure easy handling.
• Shutter doors on either side can be safely locked
  by a central lock system.

Refrigeration Units

• We are the authorized dealers for Carrier
  Transicold in Kuwait. The Carrier cooling Units
  are specially formulated for the harsh desert
  climates prevalent throughout the GCC.
• We have Single or Multiple Temperature Units for
  Temperatures ranging from -20 C to 6 C. The
  various Carrier models on offer are

Benefits of Al Mulla Brand Bodies

• Al Mulla transport refrigeration team of highly
  experienced design and production engineers, is
  utilizing advanced technologies for developing
  and fabricating high grade insulation sandwich
  panels and bodies which combine precision and
  light weight with strong thermal and mechanical
  properties.
• Sandwich panels are produced free of thermal
  bridges up to a size of 15m x 3.5m.
• Inner and outer skins are made of polyester pre
  painted GI sheet, which provides highest
  mechanical strength for heavy duty bodies and GRP
  skins for light duty bodies.
• Wall and roof panels have an insulation core of
  polyurethane hard foam, floor panels have an
  insulation core of high compressive Styrofoam and
  waterproof plywood, which gives the body a load
  capacity of up to 1000 KG / m2.
• Precisely manufactured door systems with multi
  lip rubber gaskets and container gear locks are
  perfectly closing our bodies to avoid any heat
  exchange.
• The isothermal value of our bodies meets the
  requirements of international standards for safe
  transport of perishable food products as well as
  the requirements of economical transport.
• Analysis by our regular Indian customers have
  shown, that the extra cost of our higher
  efficient bodies compared with local made ones,
  is compensated in less than 2 years.
• Their calculation and statistics showed
  considerable savings in fuel and maintenance,
  which in an average life span of 10 to 12 years
  for bodies and cooling units gives savings, which
  are 5 to 6 times the initial higher cost of
  investment in our bodies.
• In these calculations is not considered the
  fact, that a cooling unit which has to work
  harder because of poor body insulation will have
  a shorter life span.
